they are all original to the period and piece. There are 6 old European round cut diamonds and 56 round single cut diamonds for a total weight of 1.50 Cts. The diamonds are clean VS clarity and bright white H-I color. Most of the diamond weight is made up from the three diamonds on either side of the watch face. The watch is a Gruen mechanical and is running. I was told by the owner that she had just had it serviced. The watch measures 6 inches long so it is for a smaller wrist. It is 1/2 inch wide at the widest. It has a safety chain and also a safety type catch.
