I thought the way they didn't look at my order to see if the products met specifications was BS, I also thought not getting priority to get replacement for my product because it has been on backorder was awful.

It actually came faster than I thought it would. I was in the middle of something and then had to go out of town so I just got it together. It was easy to assemble and I am looking forward to getting started with the fitness exercises.
