1 of 2 Products didn't match description. Called Support - rep sent query to shipper for clarification. No response. I had to call back. New Support rep found original rep filled query wrong and never sent it. New rep did and credit eventually issued.

The pool cue holder that I ordered came unassembled. The top piece should have had 3 pre-drilled holes to match up with the bottom, but only had 2. We drilled the third hole but were disappointed because it should have come that way from the manufacturer.

I did not receive the Rays jacket (Item # 3424938)that was shown. I believe they sent me last year's inventory, not the current model.
