 | From the early hits like "Why Worry" and "The Same Song," the three childhood friends known as Israel Vibration have become a Jamaican vocal trio on par with the Congos. The fact that they not only continue to create albums but grow musically stronger (as their release Jericho proves) is a sign of the continuing power of roots reggae. Even a breakup in the mid-'80s didn't halt the flow. All of their strengths are here, the glorious harmonies and the conscious lyrics (on tracks like "Poor Man Cry" and "Living in Jah Love").
