finish Fills cracks Shut off 1/2" bronze ball valve Saves water Resurfacing mattMain frame - 1/2" steel tubingHandle - 1/2" x 30" steel pipe and foam handle grip 8" long reinforced hose with garden hose fittings Just attach your garden hose to the unit, open the valve on your Ice Groomer and you are ready for a professional ice maintenance smoothing. Assembly InstructionsTurn in long handle into main frame. Grip the pipe with a wrench 4 inches down from the top of the pipe to tighten. The handle grip will cover any marks left by the wrench.Slide foam handle grip over pipe 1 to 2 inches down from top of pipe. (Hint - use a good squirt of dish washing liquid to help the grip slide over pipe)Screw valve onto the end of the pipe handle.Turn in 8" long hose into the other end of the valve.Tighten all pieces.Attach the resurfacing matt to the main frame with the tie straps. Put one tie strap through each of the button holes in the resurfacing matt. Clip off the tie strap ends with scissors after they are pulled snug." (less)
