| We could not find any results for development crazy shirts showing results only for development crazy | | Formed in Solingen, Germany in the early 70s by wild and crazy frontman, Udo Dirkschneider, Accept forged their way to the top of the 80s metal ranks with their brutal and heavy riffs and Udo’s trademark screeching banshee styled vocal trait. Distinctly original and instantly recognizable, Accept conquered seemingly the entire planet outside the USA. With such classic albums as Restless And Wild, Breaker, I’m A Rebel and Accept finally seeing mid-price status, those Stateside best be keeping their ears open and their balls to the wall! Udo Dirkschneider: "When I think back on the development of I'm A Rebel, only one thought comes to mind: too many people involved trying to manipulate the band, just like on the first album. The title song, I'm A Rebel, was originally planned for AC/DC but they were not interested. We were played an 8 track demo made by Bon Scott!!! We definitely wanted to record the song and couldn't understand why AC/DC did not want to do it. In hindsight it wa... (less)Artist: Accept | $8 - $13 9 Merchants |
| | Although the 2 CD set Deadly Sting: The Mercury Years starts with the Scorpions' fifth studio album Lovedrive , it effectively traces and relives most of the German outfit's development from buzz band to rock stars. Beginning with their Billboard debut Lovedrive , which featured "Loving You Sunday Morning" and "Holiday" (contained here), the first disc follows the band through the platinum success of Blackout and the mind-blowing popularity of Love at First Sting . Included are the guitar-buzzing, pulse-pounding cuts "The Zoo," "No One Like You," "Rock You Like a Hurricane," and "Still Loving You." But with the second disc, Deadly Sting unabashedly captures a star-dazed band on the way down. Four cuts from the sappy, mediocre Savage Amusement are included, as well as numbers from the equally unimpressive Crazy World and the comeback-of-sorts Face the Heat . Although only the first CD is essential, it's the entire package that reveals the complete picture. --Jon Wiederhorn (less)Artist: Scorpions | $14 - $20 5 Merchants |

| | Sun Records producer Sam Phillips said, 'Billy Emerson wrote such great songs. He was one of the very best.' People who've never heard of Billy Emerson have probably heard his best songs. 'Red Hot' has been recorded by no less discerning disciples than Billy Lee Riley, Ronnie Hawkins, Bob Luman, Sam The Sham and Robert Gordon. Emerson also wrote 'When It Rains It Pours' best known through Elvis Presley's version. Then there's the iconic 'Every Woman I Know (Crazy Bout Automobiles)'. His songs have been recorded by artists as diverse as Little Miss Cornshucks, Willie Mabon, Ry Cooder and Ann-Margaret. Emerson's own '50s recordings, made at a time when he had something seriously good and individualistic to contribute to the blues and to the development of R&B, are instantly recognisable. In this CD we have collected together all his recordings for Sun, Vee-Jay and Chess and added his 1960 recording for the MAD label. Billy Emerson said, 'At Sun, Sam Phillips was always wanting to hear... (less)Bear Family | $24 amazon.com |

| | After amazing both public and critics with two seminal albums which manage to combine the violence of Neurosis with the psychedelia of the more visionary Pink Floyd, Ufomammut are back in 2006 with a new record which opens new and in some ways unexpected paths. Llucifer songs is in fact the result of a mature and well knit band willing to experiment while maintaining its dna. The flaming spatial ridings which made "Snailking" one of the records of the year 2004 in many specialized magazines and webzines remain as an indelible brand, but alongside we find a development of new soundscapes made up of sinister atmospheres and gloomy sounds of vintage electronics. Imagine an insane and crazy version of Mogwai with gritty, fullbodied guitarwork: the result is the Ufomammut of Lucifer Songs, a powerful wall of sound while at the same time untrinsically dreaming, able to hypnotize and spellbind the listener with obsessive dilatations approaching drone music. The visuals on the bonus dvd in ... (less) | $15 amazon.com |

| | This book is an indictment of American food processors and what they are serving the nation. Are they distributing food, or manufacturing products that redefine what we think food to be? How far afield of true food has the search for profit and the need to meet consumer trends led food manufacturers? Nutritionist Carol Simontacchi shows how the pseudo-foods being promoted today—from infant formulas to health-conscious prepackaged meals—are, in fact, physically eroding our brains. While it has been proven that food choices contribute to degenerative diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart disease, Simontacchi maintains that our mental condition is also at risk. Examining the relationship of diet to changing levels of chemicals in the brain, Simontacchi finds that: consumer baby-formulas and baby foods can be harmful to an infant's brain development; ingredients and residues such as MSG and neurotoxins are present in our children's food, hidden by misleading labels; stripping essential minerals from the foods being served to teenagers can be linked to anorexia nervosa, bulimia, poor cognition and behavior; and schools that strike deals with fast-food companies are among the worst saboteurs of a child's healthy diet and mind Based on new research, information retrieved via the Freedom of Information Act and a formal study conducted by Simontacchi of schoolchildren's eating habits, The Crazy Makers identifies how the new foods may be driving us crazy. Not a cookbook. (less)Author: Carol N. Simontacchi ♦ Binding: Paperback ♦ ISBN-13: 9781585421046 | $11 - $13 3 Merchants |
