The Micro Link Kit contains a receiver that accepts the IR commands from your existing remote controls. It can be mounted anywhere an inconspicuous appearance is desired, such as in walls, ceilings, or wall speakers. Since it is so highly sensitive, you can even place it behind a speaker grille and still control it via IR commands up to 20 feet away! The receiver comes outfitted with a 7-foot cable and a 3.5mm stereo mini plug, which inserts into the included CB60 connecting block. Four IR mouse emitters attach to the connecting block and cover the IR sensor windows of the components you wish to control. For an operating range of up to 30 feet, direct line of sight is needed. Drill a half-inch hold in any surface such as your cabinet panel or speaker grille, and pass the lead and the body of the Micro Link receiver through the hole and secure it from the rear with the supplied nut.
